Two slightly different frequencies are played in both ears simultaneously. The difference between the two frequencies is the Binaural Beat. Once tuned to the frequency, the neurons & molecules begin to vibrate in rhythm- which is called Brain Wave Entrainment. In other words, you’re harmonizing the system with star & nature, like a satellite allowing access to different states of mind such as- Delta, Theta, Beta, Alpha & Gamma.
