Each object, garment, and accessory is hand-selected for its design integrity, craftsmanship, and rarity, creating a space that feels less like a market and more like entering a private salon of treasures. From sculptural furniture to statement clothing, The Collector’s Room invites guests to explore the intersection of style and space through the lens of an elevated, discerning eye.

Join us for a conversation with Charlie Ray of The Green Room Landscape Architecture on materiality and the art of designing with place. Known for landscapes that feel both modern and attuned to the desert, The Green Room begins each project by asking how materials such as stone, soil, plants, and form can express the character of a site.
This event explores the philosophy behind their work: a sensitivity to ecology, a reverence for natural textures, and a belief that every landscape should feel specific to its place. From hardscape selections to desert-adapted plantings, the discussion will highlight how thoughtful material choices shape environments that are both functional and resonant with their surroundings.

Step into the shimmering world of early modernism through the lens of two visionary creators—Frank Lloyd Wright and Gustav Klimt (1862-1918)
In this special two-hour Desert Design Week event, Modernism and Art: Wright, Klimt, and a Design Revolution, discover how the Vienna Secessionist movement—with its bold color, abstraction, and rebellion against tradition—influenced Wright’s architectural expression. During a 30-minute presentation, guests will view rarely seen Klimt prints from the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation’s private collection and explore the surprising ties between Wright’s 1910 European travels and the experimental spirit of Klimt and his contemporaries.
From Klimt’s shimmering patterns to Wright’s geometries in stone and glass, this conversation uncovers a lesser-known but deeply compelling chapter in design history—where modern art and organic architecture meet.
